Out-of-Network?
You may still have out-of-network mental health benefits. I’m happy to provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It’s worth a quick call to your insurer to ask what your out-of-network coverage looks like.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
When you book, that time is held just for you — so I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $165 late-cancellation / no-show fee.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. I’m happy to provide one on request.
